The use of services
provided by Primebadges establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using these services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and
agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or
accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
– Primebadges will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on Instagram.
– Primebadges does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future uploads, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for and interaction during the process. All future uploads will be ignored unless an Automatic Likes package is purchased.
– You will not upload anything into the Primebadges including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram community.
– Followers can be delivered with a gradual speed, at request only. This request must be made before the order takes place.
– Payments are processed using PayPal’s secure system, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
– You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
– You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.
– You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Primebadges website without the written consent of a Primebadges representative.
– You will only use the Primebadges website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram on their Terms of Service page.
– Primebadges is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram.
– Primebadges will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Primebadges makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Primebadges uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.
9. Change of terms
– This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Primebadges is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
Since Primebadges.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realise that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
– Non-delivery of the service: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed. We will not honor requests for a refund when we have notified customers about possible delays before ordering (for example, an alert on the order page(s)), in this case, ordering is at own risk.
– Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
